Although hard to prove, we believe our "packers" stole from us. Their names were Terry and Jackie. The younger girl in her 20's (Jackie) packed my teenage daughter's room. Several clothing items are missing (suede boots, a dress, a jacket, a shirt...). As time goes on, we keep discovering new items missing. We also had a box a kitchen stuff and a 6"ft ladder missing which may have happened between storage and delivery.
Just heard they shut their business down...
