I had a great experience with a move from Ballwin, MO to Kansas. Very friendly staff and super affordable. Great service for a great price. They worked hard and got our 3 bedroom house loaded into the truck in less than an hour and had it unloaded in an hour too!
I would highly recommend All My Sons for your next move as I will be using them again for my residence move next year. They moved my office over the weekend on a Sunday with no added rate like the other companies. But the price wasn't the reason I decided on All My Sons... I had decided on another company but All My Sons were not only tactfully persistent, but cared and was a pleasant interaction. They did follow ups before and immediately after my move; remember this is a Sunday move, and they STILL checked in! They just made everything really easy and even accepted credit or debit on location so no need to run to an ATM or carry a large sum of cash. The movers were RIGHT on time at 8am and were very professional and went over all of the details and I signed an electronic consent. They got started right away and nothing was missing or broken! All My Sons will be my movers from here on. Thanks again guys!
If I could give negative stars... I would. We had the concierge package of full pack and move one-way out of state. While they may have showed up on time, they destroyed our belongings. They wrapped our belongings haphazardly, ultimately damaging not only major appliances and furniture, but also irreplaceable family mementos. James did an amazing job of selling the service to us, how it was much better to go with them rather than the van lines... but what he sold us was total garbage. I continue to find more and more damage each day as we have been able to settle in our new home. If you for some reason do not head to my warning, make sure to buy extra insurance because it is a most definite that they will damage your stuff. I tried following up with this branch after the move and you guessed it, radio silence! They get your money and they are done. Good luck!
If I was able to choose 0 stars I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I recently had a move and after I first contacted them for a quote, I was getting multiple calls and texts everyday from them trying to earn my business. I did finally choose them and it was a horrible decision. The house we moved out of was already under contract from the buyer. All inspections and loan commitments were locked in. During the move, the movers put a large hole in the wall. Besides that, they broke all our kitchen glasses when moving into the new house. The box was clearly marked KITCHEN/GLASS. My wife and I both heard the box fall and one of the movers looked at us because he heard it too. My oddly enough the guys that dropped the box didn't say a word. I took pictures and sent them to the guy who took my order that day when it all happened. He said another guy (Cliff) was in charge of my job. I have tried to call Cliff everyday since then and still have not received a call. I finally was given a corporate number and they said they would send me a claims form that I still haven't received. I could care less about the broken glass, but the damage to the wall is unacceptable considering it's under contract and the buyers will be doing a final walk through. This is a nightmare and it worth it paying a little more from a reputable company like 2 Men and a Truck then to go with All My Sons...They are a joke!!! Do not use them!!!
I would definitely recommend using this moving company! I had to change my moving date twice with them because of real estate closing issues and the person I spoke with was always compassionate and understanding of the situation I was in. He was friendly and professional! The movers were outstanding! Once again these employees were polite,curtious and Friendly! That company should be very proud of the great team they have representing them. Great job gentlemen! Thank you for a job well done.
